Our scope covered formwork, rebar fabrication and fixing, scaffolding and concrete pours for the foundation slabs, columns, beams and multi-storey building structure — delivered on a live industrial site with strict safety controls.
As a trusted subcontractor, we executed a range of structural and reinforced concrete works for the Crisp Grass Root Project at Jurong Island, under Shimizu Corporation for ExxonMobil.
The total contract value was SGD 4.15 million, with the Cooling Water Tower alone accounting for SGD 1.2 million. Measuring 51.9m in length, 13.9m in width, and 6.5m in height, and constructed entirely without piles, the structure showcases our ability to deliver complex industrial projects with efficient, ground-level engineering solutions.
For the SOAR Project at Jurong Island, we worked as a subcontractor under TechGems, the main civil contractor for WOOD and ExxonMobil.
Our scope involved constructing the base structure for a 45.25m diameter aviation fuel tank. With a total contract value of SGD 200K, we successfully poured 1,600 cubic meters of concrete in a single 8-hour operation — demonstrating our precision planning and execution in large-scale, high-stakes pours.
